Our client, located in the center of Berlin, wishes to upgrade the top floor of its commercial building. This need is in line with many of the issues we encounter with our clients:
- Adding value to the existing building, renovating rather than rebuilding from scratch to limit the impact on the environment
- Giving a new lease of life to the whole building thanks to an attractive F&B concept that will generate a new destination
- Being ambitious and demanding in its objectives to encourage us to develop even more innovative and exemplary solutions in terms of energy consumption
- Understanding the context and history to create a storytelling for the new concept that makes sense and will be so for years to come
After a detailed feasibility study based on an analysis of the building and the accessibility conditions of the top floor, we developed a restaurant & bar concept for Berlin: the first wine tap venue in Germany.
The terrace offers a breathtaking view of Alexanderplatz and the television tower. It can be used in both summer and winter thanks to a bubble-dining system.
