After spending his youth in Dakar, Loïc studied engineering and architecture in Lyon, the epicentre of French gastronomy. After working for 10 years in Paris as a chief and project manager, he refocused on gastronomy and hotels by founding the White Kitchen agency with César Taccari in 2013.
César Leonel Taccari
César grew up in the Argentinean part of Patagonia. For his architectural studies, he moved to the coastal city of Mar del Plata where he completed his professional degree. After stages in Barcelona and London, he moved to Berlin in 2011 and founded White Kitchen together with Loïc Dindinaud. César is the art director of the agency, always on the pulse of the times and looking for new trends and developments in architecture, design and photography. He is a member of the Berlin Chamber of Architects.
Viola holds a degree in International Media and Entertainment Management. During her studies and afterwards she worked in brand development at Unilever, Local Food Brands. From 2014 she was first Digital Marketing Coordinator, then Marketing Communications Manager at Hyatt Group and from 2015 she worked in the real estate industry as Center and Key Account Leasing Manager F&B. Until now, the hobby chef, food blogger and cookbook author has lived in the USA, the Netherlands and Turkey, currently she is at home in Berlin. She has been a partner at White Kitchen since the end of 2020.
María Luján Tripoli
María leads the architectural and interior design efforts for hospitality projects and oversees brand developments for Hotels and their Outlets. She has a fine eye for details and a natural flair for good design and trends. She has enriched her vision through numerous collaborations with renowned architecture and design offices in Tokyo, Barcelona, Paris and Buenos Aires. She has a degree in Hotel Planning and Design from Cornell University.
Alejandro is a senior architect. He is in charge of supervising the technical development and construction documents of projects. He has worked with renowned studios in New York, Rome and Buenos Aires gaining experience in solving complex design problems. He has also been teaching in architecture and design schools for more than 15 years lately focusing on digital technologies and parametric design.
Together with his two partners Morgan Kerleau and Jean-François Isse, Julien founded the office IKA-Architectes in Paris in 2011. Since 2022, White Kitchen and IKA Architectes have entered into a partnership to strengthen their mutual expertise and develop new activities in France. Julien represents White Kitchen in France. Besides his activities, he has also been registered with the Prefecture of Paris as a security architect since 2007.
Mercedes is a senior graphic designer and has worked with some of the biggest names in the hospitality industry. She has a special talent for listening carefully, understanding clients' requirements and communicating effectively, always proposing delicate and novel ideas. Her style is refined and she is an expert in the art of typography, color and textures.
Astrid joined the team in 2015 and has been involved in the agency's business development in Germany. After completing her studies in English Language, Literature and Civilisation, Communication Sciences and Cultural Policy and Management in Paris (M.A.), she was involved in the conception, production and organisation of numerous projects. Perfectly trilingual in French, English and German, she is now dedicated to serving our clients in France.
José Luis Milla
José is a software engineer with a degree from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and has more than 20 years of experience in web development. Since 2008 he has been working also as a programmer. José's area of expertise in White Kitchen is the development and maintenance of websites and web applications.
Born in Berlin and perfectly bilingual German-French, her love of good food was in a way born in her cradle: Through her father's delicatessen business, whose online store she managed independently for several years, she came into contact with raw milk cheese, wine and other French specialties very early on and feels very much at home in the Berlin gastronomic scene. With a trinational master's degree in media culture and communication, Noémie blogs and writes for the gastronomy sector as well as for other clients in the field of culture and lifestyle.
As a language and PR professional, Marieke Goethe is responsible for press communication at White Kitchen in Berlin. Since 2008, she can look back on more than ten years of public relations expertise, both with well-known agencies and as a freelancer and as press spokeswoman for a well-known SME. Her personal passion for good food and experience as a restaurant manager give her a keen sense for the special needs of catering and hotel customers.
