The world of El Baqueano oscillates between nature and artificiality, rusticity and precision, craftsmanship and technology. This condition is reflected in our proposal for the complete renovation of the interior.
The project plays with a complete opening of the kitchen area onto the main space. The skilled kitchen staff at work is now visible through the open counter area and becomes part of the dining experience.
A transparent eight-meter-high wine cellar is located in the centre of the main space, creating a subtle boundary for a more intimate wine tasting area. The material palette includes laminated glass, cedar for the counter tops and tables, and black metal frames for all the furnishings.
