How to offer a shopping center located in a residential area an interesting and different gastronomic proposal that breaks with the classic model of fast food places?
We propose a system of gastronomic spaces associated with different countries. Each space - land - can be divided among the tenants to guarantee the best product in each area, it is also possible to reduce rental costs by maximizing the usable area.
A meticulous analysis of the location of each shop and a careful study of the circulation between one store and another were the main challenges of this assignment.
