Located on the top floor of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel tower, the Les Solistes restaurant has been one of the best spots in Berlin for years. 
It was run by the great French Chef Pierre Gagnaire, who built his team there and offered a resolutely modern and ambitious cuisine. In 2017, the restaurant closed its doors after being awarded a star in the Michelin guide a few years earlier.

A great afternoon on the photoshooting with Pierre Gagnaire allowed us to exchange ideas and, apart from being touched by his kindness and simpathy, we were able to take one of our best and joyful team photos ever.
