In 2016, a new Outlet was set up at Palacio Duhau - Park Hyatt Buenos Aires: Duhau Pâtisserie. Under the direction of the renowned chef pâtissier Damián Betular, this confectionery produces exquisite macarons, small tarts, cakes and sweets serving both the hotel guests and external customers.
A new branding system was developed using a few elements aligned to the sophisticated style of Park Hyatt: a bold and contemporary signature color, an elegant font family and just a few other graphic ornaments. We designed logos, menus, product catalogs, packaging, gift cards, magazine ads and social media content. White Kitchen also produced short promotional videos, interior shots and storefront designs for special dates and holidays. In 2020, the branding was updated including a broader color palette based on pastels and illustrations by local artists.
