CBRE Retail was looking for a F&B concept for the ground floor of the newly branded LIVING Berlin, a design shopping mall located in the center of the German capital.

This new concept had to serve the customers of the shopping center as well as the employees of the various partner brands, and had to fit into a rather constrained environment on the ground floor while ensuring financial profitability with an independent operator.

We developed a new interior design for the project that meets the needs of the various target groups.
