Les Épicuriens is a French delicatessen shop with a permanent stand - bistro - in the Markthalle Neun in Kreuzberg. The owners, two charming French guys, have dedicated themselves to the task of bringing noble and traditional French delicacies to a modern, young and open-minded foodie clientele. Since it was founded in 2013, the small Épicerie has developed into a real Berlin institution.
- The starting point was a website that did not convey the philosophy of the brand convincingly and therefore did not reach the target group effectively.
- Using a visual concept created entirely in the studio, a digital brand identity was developed to convey a sensual and chic atmosphere where the products are shown in an intimate scene. The attitude of the owners who present the products exposes to the world their fondness for the famous French lifestyle “joie de vivre”.
- This serves as the basis for a communication strategy that focuses on the operators personality and skillfully conveys the exclusivity and high quality of the products.
- The website proposed is therefore a highly visually black canvas, with small texts, letting the imagery awaken senses and inspire dreams.
