Clei Hotel & Residences, a young space at the heart of San Telmo. 

In a building from 1935, a new hotel was built around a central courtyard.
The reinforced concrete structure is left exposed and complemented with elegant and contemporary furniture and equipment.
Tall windows and glass doors provide natural light to the 26 rooms.

Half of the rooms are destined to provide premium accommodation for university students, and include a mezzanine with a study and working area.

White Kitchen carried out the interior design and plans of the project for the entire building in association with the local architecture studio NNAR.
