The Hyatt Group has been one of our cornerstone clients since WhiteKitchen’s founding in 2013 — a collaboration spanning over a decade. So when Grand Hyatt Berlin entrusted us with the branding and digital launch of their new restaurant, Bistro Mitte, we embraced the challenge with passion.  

Phase 1: Crafting a Distinct Identity
Working hand-in-hand with the hotel’s marketing and F&B teams, we developed a 360° brand identity for Bistro Mitte, including:  
- A modern logo reflecting the restaurant’s urban-bistro concept  
- A cohesive visual identity (colors, typography, graphic elements)  
- A verbal identity (tone of voice, messaging) to resonate with its upscale, cosmopolitan audience  
- A full F&B universe, aligning the design with the culinary experience  

Phase 2: Social Media Launch & Growth
With the branding in place, we executed a tailored social media strategy to bring Bistro Mitte to life online:  
- Visual storytelling: High-end photography, engaging Reels, and dynamic Stories to showcase the venue’s ambiance and cuisine  
- Audience-first content: Posts crafted for Hyatt’s luxury travelers and Berlin’s food scene enthusiasts  
- Community building: Active engagement and campaigns to foster loyalty  

Results
Within 12 months, we grew Bistro Mitte’s Instagram presence to 5,000+ followers, laying the foundation for its reputation as a must-visit dining destination in Berlin.
